Didar Islam, an Electrical Engineer, Technologist, Scientist, Inventor and a serial Entrepreneur with 15 years of Silicon Valley experience, invented world’s only all CMOS single chip radio known as QWIKRADIO, with 13 US patents. Didar founded SOLARIC in early 2009, an R&D driven technology company in Bangladesh focusing on developing appropriate technologies for both on-grid and off-grid Solar applications and have been awarded 4 patents in Bangladesh.

Didar Islam is a renowned power sector specialist having experiences working in several countries including USA, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Singapore. He has completed his graduation in EEE from BUET, Bangladesh, served as Faculty member at BUET and completed post-graduation from UF (Florida). His fields of expertise include Semiconductor-Analog IC design and Renewable Energy. He is a member of IEEE, PMI, IEB and BSREA.

Fahmida Sultana, a Computer Engineer with 5 years of working experience a technical analyst for the world’s largest database company ORACLE and then 15 years as the system automation and software integrator for a number of startup companies both in the US and Bangladesh. Fahmida is a software integration specialist having in-depth working experience in the domain of financial software such as Quickbooks.

She has completed her graduation in CE from BUET, Bangladesh and completed post-graduation from UCF (Florida). Her fields of expertise include Database development, software integration, Quickbooks, financial analysis and control.

Nasir Ahmed is an Engineer (EEE) from BUET and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Being the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SOLARIC, he has been heading the whole R&D team including the New Product Development Department (NPDD). He has 14 years experience running and managing technical team in the power sector and 10 years experience in the current position.

As a project director he has successfully commissioned many rooftop solar projects through his meticulous planning and flawless execution including the worlds’ largest rooftop Solar Project (40MWp) at KEPZ, at Chattagram. He is also leading the sales & marketing team as adviser in alignment with company goals (100 MWp by 2022) and strategies. He served Alcatel (France), Rangs Mitsubishi, Matrix, TechnoWorth Ltd., PowerZone, PowerIC, Fairfax Honda (USA) in different capacities.

Kazi Shaiful Arif, the Head of Human Resource & Admin is highly accomplished, professional, and enthusiastic in providing impressive resources, alongside operational leadership for established groups of companies. He has proven successes in building high-performing teams, improving the company’s effectiveness, and expertly administering benefits. He is acknowledged for building employee trust, achieving results, and supporting company goals and objectives constructively. He has over thirty years of experience in well-established groups of companies. Renewable sector and Real-Estate developers in Bangladesh, related to the industrial, housing, textile, and export-oriented organizations have been acquainted with him. Graduated with Masters of Business Administration in HRM he has achieved the best employee award in Rupayan Group, a prominent Real-Estate company

A Civil Engineer by profession with 23 years of experience in project management, construction procurement, cost control, technical evaluation and analysis. Sectors covered are building construction, project management, Special economic zone, telecom tower installation and maintenance. Expertise in project appraisal and business case analysis for new investment.

Mr. Ismail is a seasoned finance professional with over 8 years of professional experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting. He previously worked with KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq Chartered Accountants in different roles for 3 and a half years and worked for a leading Hong Kong based Private Equity firm for 5 years. He is an ACCA Finalist.

Presently handling all financial activities of Solaric group both in Bangladesh and in Singapore including managing the investor relationship and all compliance activities.

An Electrical Engineer and Management Enthusiast has voyaged into the vast sectors of telecommunication, building construction, project management and mega scale EPC. He is well versed in many new generation technical and management related software and methodologies. Sabbir Ahmad has graduated from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. He has worked with many international companies and has developed a unique affinity towards leading people of all sectors and nationalities.

Saiful Islam has worked in the Electric & Power industry for 7 years, and total experience of 12 years in Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Distribution. During his career he works with Asset Development & Holdings Ltd, Bashundhara Group, Super Star Group, Walton Group and Transcom Group. As an Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing of Solar Intercontinental (SOLARIC) Ltd, he is passionate about advancing sales and marketing in Industrial Solar Power Solutions.

He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma from BRAC University. He is also an MBA from International Islamic University Chittagong. His field of expertise include Corporate Sales, Distribution and Retail Sales, Marketing and Branding.

A professional of sales and marketing researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services in FMCG and Industrial Goods. He is a specialist to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a diversity of networks. He has worked in numerous national and international offices and developed many brands in retail and corporate markets.

Asadusgaman Bulbul has completed BBA and MBA with marketing specialization from Newport University, California, USA. He is 18 years well experienced in Marketing, Sales, Promotion, Branding and Customer Services.
