Didar Islam, an Electrical Engineer, Technologist, Scientist, Inventor and a serial Entrepreneur with 15 years of Silicon Valley experience, invented world’s only all CMOS single chip radio known as QWIKRADIO, with 13 US patents. Didar founded SOLARIC in early 2009, an R&D driven technology company in Bangladesh focusing on developing appropriate technologies for both on-grid and off-grid Solar applications and have been awarded 4 patents in Bangladesh.

Fahmida is a software integration specialist having in-depth working experience in the domain of financial software such as Quickbooks.

She has completed her graduation in CE from BUET, Bangladesh and completed post-graduation from UCF (Florida). Her fields of expertise include Database development, software integration, Quickbooks, financial analysis and control.

Nasir Ahmed is an Engineer (EEE) from BUET and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Being the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SOLARIC, he has been heading the whole R&D team including the New Product Development Department (NPDD). He has 14 years experience running and managing technical team in the power sector and 10 years experience in the current position.

As a project director he has successfully commissioned many rooftop solar projects through his meticulous planning and flawless execution including the worlds’ largest rooftop Solar Project (40MWp) at KEPZ, at Chattagram. He is also leading the sales & marketing team as adviser in alignment with company goals (100 MWp by 2022) and strategies. He served Alcatel (France), Rangs Mitsubishi, Matrix, TechnoWorth Ltd., PowerZone, PowerIC, Fairfax Honda (USA) in different capacities.

He previously worked with KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq Chartered Accountants in different roles for 3 and a half years and worked for a leading Hong Kong based Private Equity firm for 5 years. Saiful Islam has worked in the Electric & Power industry for 7 years, and total experience of 12 years in Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Distribution. During his career he works with Asset Development & Holdings Ltd, Bashundhara Group, Super Star Group, Walton Group and Transcom Group. As an Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing of Solar Intercontinental (SOLARIC) Ltd, he is passionate about advancing sales and marketing in Industrial Solar Power Solutions.

He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma from BRAC University. He is also an MBA from International Islamic University Chittagong. His field of expertise include Corporate Sales, Distribution and Retail Sales, Marketing and Branding.
